Primary New Books Group

Are you looking for inspiring and appealing new books to brighten up your school library or classroom book corner?

If so then come along to our Primary New Books User Group in June.

Our team of CLS librarians will be talking about the best new fiction titles for primary school pupils, from picture books and easy readers to graphic novels and more challenging reads.

Find out about the best new authors and the fantastic new books by established writers.

There will be time given to browse the books and ask further questions, and schools with a CLS subscription will be able to borrow the books (subject to their module choices).

For anyone unable to make to it to CLS on that day there is an online option available, including reading lists and other useful content.

Terms & conditions: Seven days’ notice of cancellations must be given to CLS in writing to cls@leics.gov.uk or by telephone on 0116 305 3800. Failure to do so will result in the full costs of the course being charged to the school. Confirmation of booking will be sent to you via email.
