They publish analysis of the news that provides context for debates that explore the deeper currents shaping our world. All resources are created by their own team of journalists to help schools teach critical thinking, real-world knowledge and civic engagement. They are available in five different reading levels for students from 11 – 18.

It provides schools with unlimited access to activities that bring big global issues into the classroom through daily news written in-house, polls, videos, images, graphics, posters, translations and links for external guided research.

They engage all learners and inspire comprehension through challenging, rich texts, experiential learning, project work and the acquisition of core knowledge about the real world.

The Day aims to provoke discussion and stimulate thinking skills amongst students, utilising current news and issues.

This is available as a green module as part of your subscription.

The Day subscription is brill too, we have two literacy tutor times a week so we send out two articles to be read during these times. It really gets the students talking and engaged with current affairs which is always great.
