Annual services run for the financial year April 2020 to March 2021 or September 2020 to August 2021. Project collections should be used within the current subscription period. If items are not ready for collection when arranged there will be a charge of £20 unless the items are returned by alternative means. The school will be notified in advance and telephoned the previous working day before the planned collection to check that all items are ready for collection. Lost items will normally be charged at the replacement cost. For books this is normally 60% of the RRP, except: Up to 5% annual book loss is allowed for within the annual Book Loan (please note this must be claimed annually, we are not able to offer this on a cumulative basis. If more than 5% have been lost the eligible titles will be determined by CLS on a random basis). Dates for workshops and sessions in schools should be mutually agreed as soon as possible. If workshops are cancelled less than 48 hours before the agreed time, a cancellation fee of £75 per workshop will apply. Librarian led sessions will be rearranged whenever possible, but this cannot be guaranteed. Pupils/students remain the responsibility of school staff at all times and should be supervised by school staff at all times. Personal data supplied on this form will be held on computer and will be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 for statistical analysis, management, planning and in the provision of services by the County Council and its partners.
